Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Greece, and other EU countries, plus USA and Canada.
Shipping Times
- UK Orders: 3-5 business days
- EU Orders: 5-10 business days
- USA/Canada: 7-14 business days

- Ship the item back securely (we recommend tracked shipping)

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
